  I was experiencing some intermittent electrical problems at my place -and I had spent quite a bit of time googling the symptoms and couldn't quite narrow down what the causes could be. Eventually I called Kratt Electric and spoke with Dan over the phone - I told him about the issues and he quickly had an idea of what the problem could be. Luckily, he was able to swing by that afternoon to address the issue himself. Dan was super friendly and efficient - and to my surprise the issue was a quick fix! I was very impressed with the service and have recommended Kratt Electric to friends/family after my experience.

  Called Kratt last night. Had an partial house outage. They responded immediately. Friendly and efficient they scheduled me for an early morning appointment. Nick arrived right on time. He reviewed the situation, advised on next steps and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the service that Nick provided. We have finally located our new “go to” electrician.

  Called Kratt Electric last evening after the outlets stopped working in our kitchen. Nick came over first thing this morning and had everything repaired within a half hour. He was so kind and thorough. We are so grateful for the quick response and the customer service provided. We will definitely be calling them again for any electrical issues we may have.
