  5/5 stars Kuntz cares about the work they do as if it was their own home! I am a particular person and I asked if they can organize my new panel so 2nd floor breakers were on top, main floor in the middle and basement/outdoor breakers were on the bottom of the panel. They listened and made my new 200amp panel tidy, organized and very user friendly. They also moved my overhead lines away from my driveway to prevent bird droppings on my cars. Great care, Great price, and friendly installers!

  I had several issues come up on my home inspection that needed fix in short time. I spoke with Bill and discussed what I needed done. He told me the variables that can come into play with the repairs I needed. Within an hour Sarah called and scheduled a fix. Two PROFESSIONAL electricians were over in short notice and had it all done in no time at all. Safe, clean, efficient!

  Kuntz came heavily recommended by our Real Estate agent as the best in Rochester. I'm sure they probably do good work because of that. But, for me, I could never get their estimator to return the two calls I left with their receptionist--it's been over two weeks now. I do get that the crews are busy in the summer, but not returning calls is a basic business 101 level skill. My wife and I decided to try out some other companies instead. I'm giving Kuntz two stars trusting what my agent said is true, that they do do good work.
