  We’ve always been good about our bill being paid. But for some reason, This company shut off my power twice with zero warning, zero notice, while I am currently sick with Covid and in quarantine. TWICE. Claims that employees get harassed so they stop giving warnings. How does that justify misconduct to an I’ll customer? Now I have no AC, no power, no water. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they clearly don’t care about their customers since they treat them so poorly. I’ll be looking into legal counsel if there’s a third time.

  This is the best electric company ever. A tree fell on a wire in our back yard in the middle of the night, taking out our electricity. About 30 minutes later the electric company was in the backyard removing the tree and fixing the electricity. We were out for 4 hours total. A great big round of applause for our electric company!!!!

  They don’t give you any warning before shutting the power off. I happened to miss a payment (I thought I paid) even checking online it said nothing about my power being disconnected just said my bill was due in 10 days. So I was surprised it got randomly disconnected without notice, a call before hand or even an email would have been nice so I would be aware and I would have paid it that second.
