  Scott is responsive and problem solving focused. Not looking to just replace and make it a large bill for the homeowner. He looked for ways to solve my water heater issue with out the minimum $1000 charge like the big chains do. He assessed the issue, found the parts, and replaced them - all in the same day! Now we have hot water again!! Appreciate his work and honesty. Recommended highly.

  Scott and his team are fantastic! He's super responsive, honest, friendly, professional, and has been able to come out the same day of the call on multiple projects. We've used him for various plumbing and other general household repairs and is our go-to call. Highly recommend!

  Scott was friendly, helpful, professional, and informative! He has taught us so much in the process of fixing our old home’s plumbing. It was a comfort to work with him knowing that he had lots of experience with the quirks and eccentricities of old homes. He helped us through steps that we could do on our own to save money. We learned so much throughout the whole process! He is trustworthy and I definitely recommend him.
