  Hardworking, honest and caring company. I have worked for the company for 8 months and you get what you put in to the company which I respect. Anyone saying otherwise should reflect on there own work ethic and strive for better in my humble opinion. We all work together to make jobs efficient and done in a timely fashion. A family business that works hard to have successful jobs.

  Your start work at 4:45am, Travel anywhere from 1-2 and half hours sometimes more, then start getting paid for work. Prepare yourself to get everything done that is NOT work related on Sundays because that is the only day you'll have free. If you are a teenager that doesn't want to work at Mc D's, or Taco Bell but wants to make the same money, this is the place. If you don't want to ride in an unsafe vehicle, drive your own hopefully you had a better job previously and could buy a dependable vehicle because you wont afford one here. If you are ever told there is opportunity for advancement, you might as well start buying lotto tickets. Their work is just as bad as they are to work for. The owener is a greedy SOB (scum bag) that does not care for his workers at all unless your one of his sons that works for them. I urge any one looking to get electrical work done DO NOT go with Nelsons Lamplighters their are so many better electricians in the area.
