  We were at the McDonald’s drive-thru, and one of their contractors cussed us out the entire time we were in line because he felt we should’ve let him go ahead of us. It was extremely unprofessional and a clearly disrespectful way to represent their business.

  Had this company for electrical assistance on moving power poles and drops to new gondola locations. The electrician we had was not prepared for the job and was unable to understand the electrical maps. At one point we were asked if he had to follow the plan because nothing said he had to follow the instructions given to him. He also left before finishing the project saying he would be back tomorrow but left live wires hanging from the ceiling all the way to the floor, 3 power poles, several lengths of wipe and conduit. As well as all his tools. This was all middle of the day with customers in the building.

  Extremely unprofessional. We hired a general contractor for a project and they subcontracted electrical work to Lancon. From the first day on site the electricians complained about everything, they didn't understand the instructions provided to them, they ordered the wrong lights, etc.
