  I found Lanco Mechanicals on a Google search, as my toilet was leaking to the point that it was coming through the floor to the basement. Lanco's web page looked very promising and they made it very clear that they offer 24/7 Emergency Service. I called at 12:17 pm and requested a call back from their emergency technician on call . I did not receive a call back. I called again at 2:39 pm, as my wife was cleaning up the water that was coming through the ceiling onto the washing machine, and left a second message for the technician. I did not receive a call back. I called the third and last time at 4:05 pm and left a message noting my disappointment that I never received a call from them. I have no idea if they are a good service or not. I never received the chance to use them. If how the technician handled my emergency call, is an indication of their professionalism and service, then this plumber is not the one for you. Disappointed Doug Smith Ephrata PA.

  Was referred to Lanco by a friend, and nothing but good experiences since then. With COVId and labor shortages back logging practically everything, we’ve had no issues with Lanco coming to provide estimates on our plumbing issues. They are informative, patient and just nice people!

  We are new to the area. Dean the technician who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be using this company for any of our plumbing or electrical needs.
