  A 20mph wind can knock out the power for a day. Sad. We’ve had about 4 outages this year that are wind/weather related. Coming from living in rural Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana and working in power plants in those states. This company is so far behind the rest of the country in terms of equipment and speed of service.

  Pretty displeased with the business practices. You are REQUIRED to pay two months previous electric bill of what the previous land owner had to not be on a prepaid plan. The deals you offer shouldn't rely on a random third party or previous client, EVER. If you decide to start doing better, I will change my review. $600 to NOT be on prepaid, HA.

  Yes, we were without power for the better part of 3 days due to the hazardous wind conditions. My hat's off to Lane Electric for shutting down distribution to avoid setting new fires. Those who have a problem with living in the country, either go off-grid PV or buy a generator.
