04-28-2021 Had to call in on one of their employees this morning due to his lack of safety! Going up 129 to Athens this guy ran my wife and small children off road at 7:15 this morning. Flashing his lights and riding my wife’s car for several miles in extremely heavy traffic! Great use of a company vehicle and respect of other people! Don’t get me wrong, they are an electrical company. But, by their other reviews... not so good. We called in to report them and filled a police report. When we called in to report, they were not even concerned and didn’t act as if their guy was at fault.

Terrible customer service. Ceiling fan they installed in my new construction fell on my son after 2yrs of hanging from the wires and the wire caught fire from poor installation. The screw was stripped and they hung it anyway leaving it to hang only by the wires. When called to explain what happened the supervisor Julio laughed, when asked to speak with the owner I was put in a call with the office manager Tom who sent 2 men that could not speak English to look at the disassembled fan. They called Julio who said he would reimburse for the ceiling fan replacement and emergency install, but never heard anything back. To this day the owner has never called and no one seemed to care that the dome light fell on my 6yr old son. Terrible service and installation. Will never use them for anything.

Overcharged! Overcharged! I had some electrical issues in my new house so I contacted them because they are the company to set every electric works when my house built in. initially two guys spent two hours but they couldn't figure out what's the issue, and then their supervisor came over and he found out the problem. the supervisor stayed in my house only 40-45minute to resolve the issue, but finally he ask me to pay full 3 hour labor plus material cost(cable) about over $400. I gently requested to adjust that I was thinking if supervisor came first to my house, he can complete the job in a hour. However, he said that " if you don't want to pay that cost, we will pull out the installed cable and make it back to original. you decided it we got to go for another appointment. At the end, I paid almost $400 because I don't want to argue with them and also I had to go back to work. According to google search, electricians average labor between $65 and $85 per hour. But their asking labor was $125 per hour.
