  This is a best in class company! They are ethical, fair and competitive in pricing, and careful to be certain their recommendations are well thought out and are what is best for the customer! Chase showed great concern for our issues and expedited our installation since we had no heat. The crew was professional, skilled and efficient. The entire team- office staff, sales, technicians and installation crew went above & beyond normal service to take excellent care of us.

  I just had a new HVAC system replaced. Devin A. was the salesman but a better title is a Senior Technical Sales Rep. He and I met and talked about my current system and covered all the good and few bad things about it. In a couple of days, Devin sent me a quote with some different systems that both met my needs. I settled on one and placed an order with them. Given the current supply chain issues, they were able to get a system ready for install in a very reasonable period of time. On install day the crew did a very good job of removing my old system and installing in the new one. They were very considerate of my property during the process. They got the system up and running in one day and scheduled a time for a service technician to come do the detail setup of all the components. I could not be happier with the service I received. They have a new customer for life.

  Installed gas pack unit in our cabin, did a very good job, arrived on time, everyone knew what they were doing. Cleaned up everything after finished. I would highly recommend L B Chase to anyone needing a new unit or any repair work done.
