I went looking for a dining room chandelier.  They didn't have what I was looking for.  I also needed some bedroom lamps.. they didn't have them either.  Looks like it's a great place to buy light bulbs though.

Mark is awesome!  I needed to get a replacement part for a light fixture, emailed them on a Sunday and had a response within 2 hours.  The part was in stock and he is delivering it tonight.  Amazing service, thanks Mark!!

If you are looking for a special bulb or wonder what bulb choice would give you the look you want or want a new light fixture this is the place to go. The box stores can not give you this kind of service and they are very friendly. What more could you ask for!

Excellent store with amazing customer service. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. The owner spent 20 minutes going through product catalogs and calling different manufacturers to find a particular accessory that I needed. After all that, he ordered the part for me without accepting prepayment. I ended up getting the part 2 days later. Based on what other stores and Amazon was selling the part for I figured LBU made about $5 profit after shipping and handling. They went so far out of their way to help me find what I needed. That is the kind of customer service that is in really short supply at most businesses and it the the reason I will always and only recommend LBU.

The staff is wonderful and helped me redo the lighting throughout my house. Advice was given on types of bulbs, color, and watts. They have a huge selection of fixtures and chandeliers that can be ordered in different sizes and colors.
