I initially wrote a review about lee company that wasn’t flattering due to the experience I had up to that point. After Lee company reached out to me after the review I have to say I thoroughly enjoy the experience I had with them. The senior manager who I spoke with was extremely professional, thorough, made sure to remediate the issues I had with Lee Company prior. I can say I trust using them and the way they do business now.

I needed a quick evaluation of the cause of moisture and a small amount of water in the crawl space of my home. Paul, with LEE Co was contacted, told of my urgent need and responded the same day within 5 hours of the request. Paul was very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. In this day of maintenance and fix-it people not returning calls, this was a refreshing change and great experience.

HVAC installation was improperly done with crossed wires which caused many system problems for the month it took to install properly. Company failed to obtain a permit from Metro to do the job. I do not recommend anyone looking for a HVAC consider Lee Company.
