  Ether they love you or they hate you. I've been in sw FL for over 20 yrs full time. Have they gotten better yes are they the best no. But they keep trying. That's the key. They keep trying.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is a JOKE. They are beyond rude; comparable to Verizon customer service, and they don't send bills out, so you get warnings constantly in the mail that LCEC is g"oing to turn off services." I'm one of those who pay their bills on time-religiously--I even go so far as to have an Excel spreadsheet detailing when bills are due and roughly how month, including tracking how much they fluctuate throughout the year, but for some reason, "I'm not paying my bill." This company is horrendous and needs to be taken over/shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Lcec lied to me that I could pay my bill a few days later but about 4 days later, they cut off service. Called and was told I didnt pay bill so they shut down electric. Gotta pay penalty and had no way to do auto pay or using credit card, the paynent MUST be in cash (IRS lost track to this company for real). U deserve a negative one mil stars from me. I literally wanna move out to avoid this "only company in Cape Coral that provides electric" thing!
