  Just had the GenerLink installed (4/14/22). The technician, Jason, did a n outstanding and very comprehensive presentation and instruction period. He took his time and answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable and feel if I need to use my GenerLink and my Generator I will have no problems. I look at GenerLink as an 'electric insurance policy' in the event I need it. Great job Lee County Electric and of course, JASON....

  The most blood sucking automated payment system in the world , 7 minutes to make a payment by phone .. it repeats every bit of personal information back to you , so if your out and about you can't use speaker phone ... I will say when you talk to them on phone , I've never once had a problem or complaint . They are good customer service . but the review is for the automated system. the most disturbing automated system ever !

  I would like to know how Lee County co-op exist they have constant power outage on a regular basis when the sun is out it’s a beautiful day but this cheap run low budget electric company is horrible a one star is below what they even rank this is ridiculous it happens all the time and I cannot understand how they have brown outs or power outage whatever they want to name it they are the worst in service. They should be investigated by the state regulatory department on why they have so many power outages they are the lowest of low for being regulated by the government as an electric company they are horrible
