  Yesterday Eric Alarcon came to my home to install outdoor lighting for my waterfall, and to provide a switch so that I could turn the waterfall on an off as desired. He was so nice, professional and considerate; the job he did was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Lenhart Electric and if Eric is your service man you are very lucky.

  The electrician was very inexperienced. They got slime used for pulling wires in my main electrical cabinet. They wound up tripping the main breaker. They must of disconnected more breakers. After they left I noticed that I had no power in my master bedroom area. It was after 6 pm so I called the "after hours" line. I left a message. They called back 2-3 hours later. During that 2-3 hour time, I figured out the breakers to the master bedroom were not installed correctly. So I removed the main panel cover and put them in correct. I also had to tell them how to run the conduit to the hot tub. If they continued with what he was doing it would be a tripping hazard. A week later they came to "bond" the hot tub. It was already done because the inspector signed it off the week before. Very unprofessional and unorganized! Save your money and aggravation and use another company!

  Dear Alex, I am sorry that you felt your experience with Lenhart Electrical was less than exceptional. In response to your concerns: 1. The slime that the electricians use is pulling lubricant and is used for such applications, it is rated for this use in and is completely safe for your panel & breakers. I have spoken with the crews and expressed the need to clean up the pulling lube as much as possible before we leave jobsites. 2. It can be a tricky task fishing electrical wiring from a confined space such as an attic into your electrical panel and sometimes during this process breakers can be inadvertently tripped; I apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. 3. We always want to provide neat professional installations and I am glad that our electricians took the time to install the conduit a way that is aesthetically pleasing to you.   I had a number of light fixtures I wanted replaced, under/over mount lighting in kitchen and led lights on lanai. I always do my research before hiring any company. I found that Lenhart had received very good reviews, so decided to give them a call. I am so happy I did! Not only did they give a very competitive estimate, thei electricians that came were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. All the work could not be done in one day. Lenhart did not charge me the full price until all the work was completed. I have a touch of OCD and can be a tad difficult as I will see something most people won't. Every single electrician that came over the few weeks to complete the job went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The only reason it took a few weeks is because the LEad lighting for the lanai was out of stock. Lenhart could have easily asked me to pay for the work that had been done, but true to their word, they did not ask for full payment until all the work was completed. I strongly recommend Lenhart Electric for any and all electrical work you may need. I will certainly call them should I need electrical assistance in the future!
