  So last 3 times its rained we lost power. Is this the new norm? Well I'll answer my own question. Yes it is the new norm and it doesn't even need to b raining. And yes it is the new norm. Expect outages every week and a half to 2 weeks. Just wait until winter when we get snow, looks like half the winter we'll b without power Prepare now folks
