  Lighthouse put one of my heat pumps in previously. At that time the owner was an estimator and he treated me like I was royalty. I knew one day he would own the company...and he actually still gives estimates. Tim is a "working owner" That is what I love to see in any business. The technician, Charles is a great employee...he is informative, respectful and pleasant to talk with. He answered all of my questions and is a great listener. He takes his time with you and treats you with respect. He shows up on time or earlier and calls in advance if the time frame changes. I highly Recommend this company. And no, I am not getting paid to say the above...lol God Bless
