  I find it difficult to reconcile the favorable reviews here with my distasteful experience with Theo Linde. He won't answer his phone -- ever. He insists his customers communicate with him only by email, even to schedule an appointment. He takes forever (WEEKS!) to respond to emails. He refuses to discuss his proposed work -- including specifications. (Reputable contractors don't do this.) Then, an hour before he was scheduled to begin work, he sent me an email increasing his price significantly, saying he was just getting around to reading his emails. Really?! He may be a decent electrician, but not worth the frustration of dealing with him.

  Dear Reader---please notice that the tiny number of people who have ever left a negative review are people who have not actually used Linde Electric. I am his business manager and am responding to the reviewer. This customer reached out during the state-imposed covid work- stoppage, which was a big part of the delay. Also, this customer asked (over a series of more than 17 emails) for price reductions, nickle and diming in a way that displays a lack of knowledge of, or regard for, the difficulty of the jobs that were requested. Regarding the lack of phone conversations -- this is a policy that allows Theo to WORK and be efficient for customers. If Mr. Northbridge used another company, I can say with great confidence that he over-paid and received lower quality work. If Mr. Northbridge wants to open the door to a discussion of another project, he will be welcomed, given Theo's award-winning service, and undoubtedly leave a 5 star review.
