  Don and Scott did an amazing job! They were very efficient everything needed to get us power was done that same day no problems. Kathy did a great job getting back to me and scheduling us that same day. I highly recommend these guys! Very proud of the work they did!

  Poor communication with the front desk, they said they'd call me back to see if they could schedule a time, they scheduled one without telling me about it and said they'd show up "sometime" that day. Later I sent a photo of the outlet I wanted installed, and they showed up without the outlet and they had to have someone go buy it. They billed me for the time they spent waiting for their partner to go buy the outlet, and were talking and hanging out during that time. And they billed me for an hour longer than they were at my house for. When I called about this, the front desk was clearly shocked and sounded offended that I had "timed" them. I haven't heard back. So far I haven't had any issues with the outlet, but I would definitely not use the service again and would recommend looking elsewhere.
