  Had a tech from Live Wire (Dale) attend today regarding an electrical panel issue. On time, prompt, no mess. Problem quickly diagnosed. Repairs made, a part ordered to be installed in near future. Took the time to explain what was an issue and what wasn't, and answered questions. Also explained services they provided. Guaranteed, will use again

  Used Live Wire as contractor for DUKE under protection plan to install a ceiling fan. Great service. Electrician Dale was professional, courteous, and on time. He did a great job.

  FINALLY!!! Someone you can TRUST! I have been going through a HORRIBLE time with my new home! Shocked in the pool. Shocked in the hot tub. Brand new washer and dryer does not work! Hired two other local companies who scared me into believing it was on Duke's side. Even had to file a complaint with the PSC. Luckily after many visits from Duke, they suggested me to contact Live Wire and I was VERY lucky to get Dale T to come out! Very professional! Really knows his stuff! Did not make me feel like the electrical idiot I am!! Explained everything and I really believe we have really fixed the issue this time! I am very appreciative of the professionalism and the knowledge he displayed! I am very confident that in one visit, he was able to fix the issue! Thank you Live Wire! You will be my ONLY place to go to for my electrical needs & Dale T will be the only one I will use! GREAT JOB!
