I tried to get this company to do electrical work on my home, they quoted a decent price so we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. They did not show not once but twice! I attempted to get a third appointment and they wanted to charge me $168 more for a weekend appointment. I understand you do not work weekends, but we were there for the previous appointments and no one showed. My husband works out of town and is no longer here to wait for a weekday appointment like the first two appointments. I work 8-5 and will not miss work for another no show. Very unprofessional, and when confronted we were met with "Well I wasn't here last week so I don't know what happened" Your vacation shouldn't effect how appointments are ran and how customers are treated. Update: as you can see the response below, she is stating that they were unable to accommodate the appointment due to short notice. How did I have two appointments that were not shown up for if you were unable to accommodate? We had an appointments, Monday at 12 was the first one which no one showed for. So we cancelled this company after we waited all morning for the second appointment (scheduled "first thing" due to inconvenience because you did not show up Monday) and when we talked you said your employees would be over later because they were having lunch. We cancelled because we were told first thing in the morning because you missed Mondays appointment, we understand things happen and were understanding on Monday. We did not have all day to wait and see if you would show up on Tuesday as it was already afternoon when we spoke. Don't make it seem like i am making up a story just do better and don't schedule appointments if you cant fit them in.

Thank you for your comment Cathy, as we explained to your husband we could not accommodate his schedule prior to his departure due to our busy schedule. I offered an appointment for the following week, when we had availability. We tried our best to fit your job in unfortunately our first job (scheduled weeks prior) ran longer than expected, I called your husband to let him know we were enroute- he canceled us. We do not schedule jobs on Saturdays , but we did offer you the rate to perform your job on a Saturday. We do appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a quote, and are sorry our schedules could not connect to benefit us both. We wish you the best in addressing your electrical needs. Liza Owner

I don't contact anyone else if I need electrical work completed. This is a professional, responsive company and I have relied on them for nearly ten years now. The quality of their work is exceptional. They keep you informed when they will arrive and usually show up a bit earlier then expected, which to me, is great. Life is to short to keep waiting for someone to show up. I can count on this response and appreciate their professional approach. Workers are courteous and will gladly complete the tasks you need, large or small. They are quick and competent. They take your safely seriously and avoid shortcuts and always complete work in accordance to local codes. No shortcut here, and don't worry, everything will work as you need it to. Technicians keep mess to a minimum and clean up afterwards so you hardly know whey were there. I recommend you contact Tovar for all of your electrical needs. I have been very satisfied and I am certain you will too. Keep up the great work Tovar, we are glad you are available to meet our electrical needs. Thank you.
