I called this business to get quotes and the owner was so incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. He answered the phone with the word "SPEAK" and when I didn't respond right away, he yelled "SPEAK" into the phone again. I was definitely taken back a little, very shocked someone would answer their business line this way.
