  The underground electrical service to our house had to be replaced and I called several electrical contractors to get quotes. I chose Lon Lockwood and I’m glad I did! Dan came out to my house within hours of calling them and I found him very professional and thorough. I also found the company to be very good at communicating with me about scheduling and cost estimates. The work was completed today and I am very happy with the job. The job was completed on schedule, on cost, and I think their work was of excellent quality in less than ideal weather conditions. The grading work after installation was also excellent. They had to remove part of a rock wall to replace the cables and to my surprise, they even put the rocks back into position! The job was a little more expensive than other contractors but well worth it. I would highly recommend Lon Lockwood!

  Chris was able to track down and replace a burned out outlet that was keeping several others from functioning, including the one that powers my sump pump, all during the initial quote visit. He was very knowledgeable (and willing to share that knowledge), did a thorough evaluation of my home's electric system and gave me quotes to address multiple projects, small and large. Very pleased with the timeliness of the visit and quality of service, looking forward to working with Lockwood and Chris in the future.

  Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The office was so responsive and the two techs that came out (Dan and Cory) were professional and top notch. They even accommodated a very last minute schedule change due to a water leak. The inspector that came out after the job was done said that this company does excellent work and I 100% agree! Not that I want to hire an electrician in the future (usually means there’s a problem), but if I need to I would absolutely go with Lon Lockwood again.
