  Never had a problem with them in over 20 years of service! We're geothermal with remote controls on it and water heater, never noticed lack of heat during times of peak alert and we get discount for allowing it. We make good use of time of day rate too. Love our Co-op!

  Looking for seniors 65 and over who have service with this company. All other north Ohio electric companies give seniors 30 days to pay there bill, not this company. As you know your check comes once a month and every senior gets it at different time. I wrote to them and they say the board makes the rules. We need to get together and have them change this practice or start to vote people in who can make the change.

  The traffic control lady for their project along County Road 500 yelled at me for going to fast through the construction zone but I was only doing half the posted speed limit. Maybe put a sign up and quit yelling......!
