  Very fast and professional service. Wesley came out and did a quick outlet install. Very professional and explained what options I had. Beth called the day of the appointment and let me know that they could out earlier if I was available. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

  I would like to say that I am very displeased with my experience with LoveLady Contractors. I need some batteries installed in my smoke detectors in my home because of high ceilings and I don't have any ladders at my home. It was my understanding that this could be handled with a standard flat $39.00 service fee. I jumped at the chance because it seemed very reasonable so I had an appointment set for yesterday at 8:30 am. No one showed up and I had to call THEM to see where they were. I was told that they changed my appointment (without telling me) because the technician assigned to do the work for me had some type of emergency. Even though I was a little irritated because I changed my schedule, I let it go because things do happen from time to time. Then comes today....there was no indication at all from the initial call that there would be a $39.00 service fee AND that the service fee would be just for them to come out to do an estimate. This was NEVER explained to me over the phone. Once the technicians got here (who were very nice) tell me that it would be $206.00 for the work after looking at the job. Had I known and expected this experience, I would not have had them come. I feel that that is a dishonest business practice. From a customer perspective we would like to know what to expect up front, not after the fact. When I explained my extreme displeasure the technicians called their boss who then discounted the service down to $170. I declined it because I was not prepared to pay that kind of money for this visit. At the end of all this I paid $39.00 for no work to be done.

  Had two electricians come out to our house to put ceiling fans and a chandelier in. The two men were very professional and extremely nice. We had a discrepancy when we were charged for 2hrs and the men left after 1.5hrs and the owner fixed it and was extremely nice about it. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
