  I'm very please with the work that was accomplish by Lowcountry Foundation. Brian was very informative during the inspection process and gave a fair estimate on the cost of work to be accomplish. Work on the Crawl Space started on March 8 and was completed on March 9 one full day ahead of schedule. I spent over 20 years in the Air Force and have worked with many but Chase was one person I would have love to have in my squadron. His workmanship and professional is outstanding! While working, he found time to answer all my question. He kept me informed on each step of the process. If Chase is a reflection of the people at Lowcountry Foundation, I would have no problem recommending them to my friends.

  Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed several piers a year ago to correct our sinking foundation. It took them about a week, if that tells you how bad the foundation was. The crew called me everyday to let me know they were on their way, showed up on time, and let me know before they left each day to see if I had any questions. Now our house is on solid footing. Literally. This week I had them encapsulate our crawl space. Alex, Francis, and Patrick were amazing! There was so much debris under our house, loose bricks, and even a dead animal. They never once complained, cleaned the entire space, and also repaired several rotted and sagging floor joists. Our HVAC crew commented on how nice the crawl space is now. It's been two days and the air quality in our house is noticeably improved. All around this has been one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a company. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!

  We had some foundation issues in two critical spots and contacted Lowcountry Foundation. They were very communicative and helpful explaining our options for repair and stabilization. When it came to the work, Devante and his crew (Mario and Kizi) were efficient, professional, and communicated every step of the way. We ran into some needs for adjusting the initial design and they were thorough about the explanation and making us feel comfortable about the work that was completed. Foundation work is stressful and if you're looking for a reliable, communicative, and trustworthy company, this is the place to look!
