Supposed to have a refrigerator delivered today. Got a recorded message last night saying it would be here between 4-8 pm. Got a phone call at 6:47am this morning from the delivery service. Said he could be here by 8:00 am if that were okay. "Yes, absolutely"I said. Got another call from him at 7:20 am saying he would be delayed until 10 or 11. Again, I said that's fine. Hadn't heard anything by 1:20 pm so I called him. He apologized. Said he was still delayed. Had been out of phone service range then forgot to call me. Would be another hour or two. I have waited over 10 hours and still have no refrigerator. Tried calling Lowe's and no answer. I waited nearly ten minutes on hold just to keep hearing their recording the next available associate will answer..... Bad service. Even if it is close to a holiday

The employees here are super nice and very helpful. Have a hard time leaving this store. So many amazing things to look at

I had purchased a new washer machine from Lowe's and had them deliver it to my home. They sent to installers who forgot the hoses to the new machine that I purchased and to make matters worse the installers left water dripping causing damage to my wall! Due to me working a lot of hours I wasn't home at the time of the install but I had a friend overseeing them as they worked. Do not recommend purchasing anything from this place customer service is horrible you cannot get through to anyone buyer's regret for sure! especially having to come out of pocket to fix my sheetrock for negligence on the installers part!!!

They can not seem to deliver the product on time I bought a washer and they said it was going to be delivered on a certain day come to find out the people that was delivering decided to not finish they job and left my washer in the back of lowes delivery truck then they pushed me back for the next day and said they need to do the list for today so they want be behind but instead he didn't care about the 10 people who did not get what they paid for I had to go get a truck to pick it up myself.  Then you have a problem they never can seem to answer their phone or they hang up on you.  Then when you find yourself going to the store they help you but then their to busy looking for the next person who going to buy something.  While you are not even done within the store. They are so unprofessional  hot springs lowes need to fix their delivery and being able to reach them and their employees.

Its fine, but i dont believe the sales prices of some appliances they say there is a sale that ends same day and its like that every time i go in and these "sales" aren't all that good i found a dryer at best buy not on sale for $30 less then lowe's special sale price. People are great there though so no fault on them.
