Lynch Electrical is an extremely unprofessional and unresponsive company to work with. My project took over 6 months, work was not completed as requested and agreed to in work order, and Lynch ultimately left my home without completing the repair with no follow up. Despite their company motto, Lynch will leave customers in the dark. For months. Do not use them if you would like timely repairs or professional service.

Never answer the phone to schedule appointment I already paid for through AHS. Voicemail is full. UPDATE: We canceled our initial appointment due to illness, but that is not the issue. In our attempts to reschedule the appointment over the course of the next many weeks, we never received a call back or email and their voicemail was full every time we tried to call to reschedule - many times.

Ms Wickliffe this is not a fair review. We had you scheduled as you are well aware and you canceled that date because people were sick in your home. Due to potential Covid diagnosis we told you to contact us when you guys were no longer sick. It would be unconscionable to go to a home where people have Covid and then go to another customers house. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding Since clearly you did not understand we would not return until we were clear your home was free from Covid. We did leave you a voice message. FYI once you are rescheduled you are not charged another deductible by your warranty company and if you where never seen they refund you since they are whom you paid. I’m sure you would appreciate us taking safety as a priority when it comes to entering the customers house. If you have further questions about rescheduling after an illness please reach out to customer service through your warranty company.

Very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone and their voicemail is full. I wish my home warranty never assigned them to my case.

Mr Williams we received your work order over the Christmas holiday on a Tuesday the 27th and you cancelled Wednesday. I apologize to you if the warranty company did not tell you we get a minimum of 24 hours to contact you. And the 24th 25th and 26th as most places would’ve been closed So we would’ve been calling them in order. I would recommend advance for you to let the warranty company know that you do not want to wait one day and that you demand someone the same day that way they can set your expectations. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding of callback times. I do hope your issue was resolved.
