  I paid $2200 in full on Aug 29,2021 to install new panel in,run dish washer power, and put bathroom power in, include microwave, fridge, washing machine, lights and fan for the bathroom for my basement. Basically, all pending electrical work for my basement. They put in a new panel for no reason and no circuit breaker there and they just increased my expense though I said it is not necessary. They are supposed to come back and complete after I complete my basement bathroom. When I try to call him back after my bathroom work, he said he has problems with his vehicle and dragged 2 weeks of time. On Nov 15, he said he will come either on Nov 17 or Nov 19 to complete the work,When I asked on Nov 18,2021, when can i expect him on Nov 19, I got no reply and all of a sudden on Nov 19,2021, one lady is replying I have to pay extra for them to come and Brandon is sick with Covid in hospital. Then I said I may escalate the case through Paypal and the lady replied, go ahead with paypal case.Later she messaged, Brandon will get in touch when he is out of the hospital. They havent installed my dishwasher line yet , bathroom fan and fixtures and have more than half of the work pending.So unprofessional and using Covid as an excuse. This is my second time using their service.First time, I paid half the money and paid the other half after service.This time I paid in full and greed has closed their eyes. Never use them or never pay them in full before work is done. I did not pay intentionally in full and just with a click of button in my phone, it was paid in full. I have now raised a case with Paypal and hopefully I get my problem resolved. NEVER USE THEM IF YOU WANT FRUSTRATIONS OR NEVER PAY THEM IN FULL BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETE. How can you finish the work even before you start ?

  Sir, you paid us because we finished the work we agreed upon. And since you're not happy we decided not to fight PayPal on it and refund all your money.

  Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They have helped us every time we have needed them and done so promptly. When a person has a fire in their breaker box they want help quickly... They were there right away!!!
