  I was referred by Mike when I used Home Advisor. His estimate was $300.00 less than the other one I got to install a new circuit to my yard and hook-up my new hot tub. I called a few other companies but some did not return my message and others did not show up for appointments they made. Mike did a nice looking job and respected my house.

  Worst experience ever. This electrician has zero customer service skills. Very unprofessional. I really wish I could give zero stars. I wouldn't hire this guy for free that's how bad my experience was with him. He made several appointments wasted my time never showed up. Not even a courtesy call.

  I told this person several times that I was too busy to help him out, but offered some times that didn't work for him. I even gave him the contact information of another electrician. I offered to come by on a Sunday afternoon (my only day off) and he didn't bother to reply until that day to confirm he'd be home. At that point I had already made other plans. I own a company that does large jobs and cannot drop everything to deal with small problems at people's homes at the homeowner's whim. I make that very clear to everyone that calls. Mr. Jameson had no respect for my time and wants to make his lack of planning my emergency. Best of luck to whoever has to deal with this person, glad it's not me.
