  . My positive experience started with CSR on the phone, she was very professional and she understood what I wanted, other other place that I called ether did not answer or were just not interested in such a small job, blowing me off and then never calling me back. I was made to feel that my outlet install was important. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a very professional job. He was on time, and got the job done with minimal fuss. I now have a level 2 charger and my car is fully charged every morning when I get up, and go to work.

  The electrician who came to my house was very professional, however, while he was speaking to his manager on the phone, I heard very disrespectful, and derogatory comments about my request to get an estimate that would be valid for 60 days. Needless to say anymore, I'm giving my business to a competitor.
