  On time, professional, responsive, and got the job done right. MW Butler was selected by Lowes to install a 24kw Generac Guardian generator at my house that I bought from them. The MW Butler team, from the people who answer the phone/respond to emails to those who did the wiring inside of the 2 automatic transfer switches were top-notch. When there was a problem with the brand new Generac unit, the Butler guys stuck with it until fully resolved, even elevating the issue to the owner. Since I first used them, I have referred a family member and a friend to use them and they have both gotten quality and reasonably priced service.

  Was driving in HOV lane near mile 258 in Newport News at 5:32pm. One of your trucks rode inches from my bumper. He was easily doing 90-100 mph. Hopefully your company’s electrical work is less reckless than its driving.

  Can't say enough about there shop. The owner and staff have done a great job with the building. There great people to have doing all your electrical needs. Highly recommend them.
