When a branch took our power out in the middle of a snow storm, the week between Christmas and New Years, when EVERYONE was on vacation, Mike came to our rescue and pulled one of his guys up from Eugene to get us fixed up! 26 hours later we were completely up and running... can't thank them enough for his quick response and exceptional service to keep us warm!
