  Macson Electric was contracted by Aladdin Heating and Cooling to do the electrical on our replaced and installed Carrier furnace (humidifier) and newly installed Carrier AC unit/system. He went above and beyond and his knowledge, hard work, attention to detail, and pride he took in her work was apparent. Macson Electric’s expertise was also evident. He went over everything with us afterwards and asked us if we hand any questions. He was extremely helpful, friendly, trustworthy and I’m overall grateful and couldn’t thank him enough! Definitely keeping Macson Electric in mind for future electrical needs! Highly recommended!

  They did a really nice job installing my interlock on my house panel and my 50 amp plug on my house. I had many questions and they answered all of them. It was a pleasure working with them and I'll be calling them first for any electrical needs in the future. Highly recommended.

  I recently referred this company to a family member who needed the fuse box upgraded to a braker box. Jason came out to take a look. He was on time and professional. My family member also wanted an outside outlet, a ceiling fan installed and a couple of overhead lights installed. He sent a quote on a timely manner by email and his office staff called in a timely manner to set up the services. His crew arrived on time and completed the job. They were friendly and professional. They took care with the home. Everything was completed in 1 day. There was a slight accident leaving a small hole in the drywall, which the supervisor showed me. He would have fixed it but did not have any drywall on the truck, however he did ask if they needed to come back and fix it. They were told we would repair it. There was a problem that we noticed a few days later, it was not major. They put a call into the office and Jason was out in a couple of days to check it out. He belive it was the fixture and it would need replacing so they set up another visit. When the repair guy came he determined it was not a bad fixture or switch and it was indeed they're issue. He completed the repair at no cost. When the city came to do the inspection he commented that it was done very well. He was not surprised as they( Macson) always did a great job. Macson will be my first call anytime I need an electrician and I will continue to refer them to others. I'm always a little apprehensive about referring companies or people I've used because I've been burned in the past but this company didn't disappoint me. In addition to the great service they are very reasonable in their rates.
