  Put in a supply line from an existing well to my elderly parents home. Removed an already installed frost free hydrant from the well and tossed it on the ground without their permission. Removed a vent from the foundation to run line into the house and stuffed the hole with a screen instead of replacing the vent which allows mice in. Used a roll of plastic my mom gave them to cover the pipe before covering and then charged her for the plastic. The trench the line was placed has deep exposed missing dirt in places and huge stones dug up were left in the yard. Been a year and none of these issues were resolved. If my dad had been in good health, none of this would have been acceptable. Knowing that, I feel they were taken advantage of. If you want to pay top dollar for excuses, this is your answer.

  I've paid them just under $3000 for them to basically dig a hole and fill it back in. The end of September I called them up explaining that we're getting debris in our whole house filter. They was out the next day to "fix" the issue. $2250 later they were done. I am still getting debris in our filter and have to go flush it out every couple days. On top of that a couple days later after the first "repair" job. I woke up to no water pressure. Called them back out. Then they had to replace a wire. Probably something that got jacked up when they done whatever they said they done on the first trip. They replaced the wire $450 later. I do have pressure now, but I am back at square one with my well situation. Thats a lot of money for our family to fork over for basically no results. Will be researching if I have a case for legal action.

  Would highly recommend Mader for service. They were honest, knowledgeable, on time and did what they could to save me money on my repair. They cleaned up, made sure everything worked as it should before leaving and their prices were what I expected. They replaced a failed pressure tank and rewired my well pump which had a broken wire down in the well. It would have been easy for them to sell me a new pump but they made the repair saving me quite a bit of money. I appreciate good, honest service which is hard to come by. Thanks guys for getting my water back on.
