  Using magic services was a fantastic experience. Everyone I came into contact ,with from the moment I called, was professional and responsive to my needs. I was scheduled in a timely manner and on my scheduled day of service, the communication was excellent ( no waiting around for someone to show up)! Ty did an outstanding job - his work was accurate and thorough. He communicated every step of the way to make sure it was done to my satisfaction! Ty was professional and personable. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Magic Services

  From the very first call to the completion of the job Magic Electric was professional, communicative, and on time. They were able to send a technician out the next day to give an estimate on wiring a new hot tub on our patio. Zach was very thorough and walked me through a couple of different options. After choosing an option he was able to give me a quote within 5 minutes. Three days later he was back to do the work. The office called and texted the day before to confirm the appointments. Received another text with a picture of Zach and a description of his experience and a brief bio telling me he was on his way and when he would arrive. Zach was efficient with his work and did an amazing job with the wiring. The external conduit that he had to run was done very cleanly. He cleaned up the site when he was done and made sure I knew how to operate the new disconnect breaker to the hot tub. I have used a lot of electricians over the years for various projects, remodels, and new builds. Magic is the best by far. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Had a team come back in February to look at our system, found out that eventually we would need to replace our whole system. Was told about a deal they were doing, so we set up a day for an estimate. Cole was amazing at making sure we knew our options and what they would do. Then had Alex come out and check the electrical, and also did amazing at explaining our options. The whole team did their best at making sure we were able to get a whole new system and helped us figure out the best route to take when it came to our finances. We set up a day to get a whole new furnace and a.c. unit and the team did amazing! They had great communication, were very polite and professional in everything they did. They had a trainee and explained each process thoroughly. Gave us updates on how it was going and what their next steps were. were very mindful at making sure they didnt make a mess, and made everything look nice and neat. Will be using them from now on and would highly highly recommend them. Such an amazing team to work with who are respectful, professional, and eager to make sure you are taken care of and get the best quality of service possible that is reasonably priced.
