  As a bystander in the general area, throughout the last few months multiple individuals overhearing site and project managers being blatantly disrespectful to their electrician co-workers makes me not want to use the company. If that's how they treat their fellow co-workers, how do they treat customer's? Don't they care about their employees?

Matt = Magnum Electric HR Director @ 701-551-3240 I'm concerned that you are receiving that perception of our company and our staff. When upper management is on the site, our staff will tend to act differently compared to when we are not. That being said, you have a unique vantage point and I'd very much appreciate a couple minutes to hear from you. You can remain 100% anonymous while discussing with me if you wish. I assure you we care about our staff and about their daily lives, and want everyone to have a positive experience working for us and with each other. If that means some additional training is needed or changes need to be made, we want to address it.
