Cameron showed up early and was professional and very knowledgeable. He showed pictures and explained in detail the condition of our furnace. He didn't try to upsell but provided an honest report on our 23 year furnace. He knew what he was doing, we will definitely continue to use Mainstream for all of our housing needs in the future. Prices are reasonable and appointments booked quickly. We couldn't be happier. Nice to have people we trust inspect our home. Thank you Cameron. Demetrius and Taryn

The guys were great. They were respectful of our furnishings they needed to move and put them back carefully. They were mindful of our pets so they were secure and not frightened by the loud vacuum used to clean the vents. Super nice guys, definitely recommend Mainstream. They've been nothing but professional and responsive since the minute we called them with a failing furnace at the end of the year. Thank you Mainstream.

So far just had a routine heating checkup, but their Service Partner Plan makes it easy to keep up with scheduling those appointments at a very reasonable price. The technician was quick and didn't push any additional products or services. He told me how everything looked and made sure I knew there were options for upgrading the thermostat and/or furnace, but that they really weren't necessary at this time.
