  They came out to install a toilet and install a shut-off valve in the water line. They opened the wall and made it look like they installed the valve but it doesn't exist. It's just a pretty cover over a hole to nowhere. They charged us $500 for a toilet install and a pretty cover. The pics below show the pretty cover but no valve can be found behind it.

  This company has taken advantage of us and they obviously don’t care that they have done someone wrong. For starters they never show up when they are supposed to, sent 2 men to do a 1 man job then charged me double because 2 men were here and they didn’t even work half the hours that was stated that they worked, also charged a lot for parts and there is no way they spent that much on parts but didn’t offer to show receipts from purchases. And on top of all that they screwed up my WiFi and I had to pay PES even more to come out and fix it! When confronted the owner was terribly rude about it and says he never wants to do work for us again and didn’t try to make things right or offer an apology! Very bad business!!!

  Mr. Malone and sons are super professional and are very reasonable with labor prices. Excellent work on plumbing and electrical. Cool guys also!
