  So I don’t know about the only other review on here...a one star review that simply says “dishonest.” They left no detail, but I’m going to give plenty of detail as to why Manges deserves 5-stars! We had Jim, his son, and a couple other helpers in and out of our house for a 6-day, massive electrical overhaul and upgrade on our entire house. The whole time, they were nothing but professional. Jim is a genius not only with electrical work, but with general building construction. He called me over a few times to point out non-electrical things I may want to look into further down the road. He even cleaned up the stuff that he didn’t have to upgrade, but just made it neater for us. He also was good about adding and deleting some stuff from the original plan on the fly. Some of it was HIS idea to increase convenience for us in the future. All while not changing the quote (since time commitment stayed the same). Jim can come off a little grumpy at first, but deep down inside he is a very nice guy! He was very nice to my young daughter and small dog. He even did his best to work around her nap time! He had to make quite a few holes in the walls and ceilings, but he did his best to minimize the holes, clean up after himself, and do it neatly so repairs would be easier. And on that note, he was honest which of our requests would result in more damage so we could weigh the benefits. So not only was the job done perfectly and on schedule, but it came in 100% on budget. This is probably thanks to the quote process being very accurate and thorough. And I have confidence in the future. Because even though he’s not big on extensive paperwork, he will answer your follow up calls promptly. I called two days after the job was done with something not working right. He came out the next morning and helped me troubleshoot it...even though it turned out to be my fault! So I know he will guarantee his work in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone!!
