  We had another Plumber replace our water heater and they did a very poor piping job over the water heater(first photo). I had Mark's Electric come out because they also do plumbing and came highly recommended. They fixed the piping and also realized that the expansion tank needed to be replaced which the other guy didn't even look at. They completed the work in under an hour, were very clean and personable. The first photo is the job that was previously done by the other plumber and the second is after Mark's Electric fixed it.

  I had Marks Electric install kitchen cabinets, backsplash, outlets, two lighting fixtures and luxury vinyl in the kitchen and living room, with new baseboard. I was very pleased with the work that Phil and his team performed. I would highly recommend them. Very happy !

  I only wish I had read the reviews posted here prior to hiring them to fix our ceiling. I met them through Lowes and there work was good. However, when we hired them to fix a sagging ceiling they ripped us off. The worker came out and put 15 - 20 screws in the ceiling and some drywall paste on top of them - ceiling still sags. He said he would be back, for what I didn't know - I guess to continue the shakedown. We discussed the ceiling would be stabilized and covered with new drywall. Paid several hundred dollar deposit and all we got was two dozen screws and a pint of paste.We called them and told them not to come back. Run from from these charlatans. I would have given them zero stars if I could have.
