Martin electric is an absolute horrible company to deal with. Last week (6-13-18) I developed a power outage going out to my shop. I called Martin electric they explain to me it would be no big deal to put a line tracer on it and find the short however I either had to pay the emergency fee or I had to schedule an appointment not wanting to waste any extra money I schedule the appointment for Tuesday 6-18-18 Marty informed me that I would have to be at home to show him where the power line was I took the day off of work and was waiting for Martin electric to show up something gave me a feeling to call them and see what time they were going to show up at that point the receptionist told me they're busy with other customers that don't have power and I would now have to wait till Thursday before they could get out although here I am trying to be a customer that's been without power for a week most likely they're one of the scamming companies that if I would have paid them the premium rate I would have got service I recommend going with a more reputable company then Martin Electric

Billy Sorry you feel this way I would have come out on that Saturday but you did not want pay for over time ! After we worked a 40 hr week all my worker were on overtime and and if I did your job I would have been loosing money . on 6-18-18 day in question I had a customer of 20 years that had a power outage with food cooler down You stated you had partial power and could wait !!! and I assumed sense it was your shop and you worked there you would be there all the time working !! as you stated just not part time . a Customer with product to loose gets service first sorry you felt like you were cheated. But after 24 years I have found out you take care of customer that have the most priority. and customers you have a history with
