  Have now been on hold with the utility billing for 44 minutes. I don't understand this at all. You charge astronomical rates but also provide incredibly slow service. How is the consumer helped by any of this? Maybe if I use social media to talk to other customers , I can get enough of them to meet with city officials to ask them to do their part and fix this mess. Martinsville city has a terrible reputation. Almost as bad as our local hospital.

  When you think you've paid them, there's always "hidden charges" that they don't tell you about until later. They overcharge constantly. Who can you go to about these unethical practices?

  A power line of aep connection fail causing the line to melt messing up the paint ,bumber and winsheild on my truck. They said that they don't see where they are responsible.. this is bull. They want they money if you mess up something of there's like when ppl hit pole they have to pay for them.
