  Larry was fantastic. He solved the problem with my main breaker and went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind that things were fixed down the line. Also helped me replace a capacitor in my condensing unit that I had planned to replace myself, but while he was here, he offered to do for me. I'm glad he did, because I can already tell I would have had to call someone out once I actually tried. Labor costs were very fair. Parts were more expensive than I would've liked, but I have no idea how much a 100A breaker costs, so it may very well be in line with reality. Overall, completely satisfied and will call them again for any future repairs I need.

  Very happy to have called them 2 years ago for cleaning. My older system needed more than cleaning to cool house, so I called again following day. That afternoon, my ac was repaired. Same thing happened just last week. They were just as courteous second time around. I highly recommend Masiongale! Thanks guy’s !

  They offer prompt service, friendly staff, but I'm disappointed in how they fleeced my Grandfather (who is 90) out of almost $400. About ~8 months ago they installed a brand new unit. Everything ran smoothly for about 3 months and then the unit stopped producing cold air, it would still run but was not cold. Both times, they came out and had to reset the breaker. They charged $190 TO FLIP A FREAKING BREAKER, it literally took 5 minutes of their time. I understand there is a flat fee surcharge for coming out to a location, regardless of the issue, which I have no problem with, but to charge $190 TWICE just to flip a breaker is OUTRAGEOUS. Have some common decency.
