  Peter and Casey are an amazing team. They were able to work out just what I needed for our center. They were able to come back and fine tune and make some adjustments in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mason Alarms for your security needs!

  I am truly pleased on many levels. First, the turn around time from when I contacted Mason Alarms to my install was extremely quick, within the week. Second, the install was the smoothest experience I have ever encountered. I had the alarms installed at my business which is Massage Therapy, we need quiet due to the type of work that we do. I would not have known that they were even there most of the time, they not only were extremely quiet, but they maneuvered around all of us (3 Therapists) so efficiently. They cleaned up all areas they worked in without making a peep. Third, I am so pleased with the end result. The wires are hidden, the camera is very small and hardly noticeable and it was exactly what I asked for. Fourth and probably the most important to me was that I was listened to, understood, and received exactly what I needed based upon their professional opinion. I am not only satisfied with their product but the whole experience, for me, by far has been amazing from start to finish! Thanks Mason Alarms!

  Michele. It has been WONDERFUL getting to know you this year and you know, I look forward to many more! Mason Alarms began as a regional sub-contractor largely servicing commercial locations in four states. But our hearts have always been with small, local businesses and homes. Three years ago, we down-sized and terminated all contracts out of the state of NH in order to focus locally.   I would highly recommend Mason Alarm for your home security, safety, and automation needs. Peter is not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but also friendly and personable. I have always enjoyed talking and corresponding with him while planning projects. I have had some fairly unorthodox requests over the past 4 years and Peter has bent over backward to find solutions that met my needs while respecting my budget and goals for my home. He was willing to work with my specific and non-standard requests when several other alarm companies refused. The hardware Mason Alarms has installed has worked seamlessly and the components are tidy, well labeled, and properly wired. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
