Jim is the owner of this company. I hired him to hard wire install my Tesla wall Charger in my garage. I asked Jim to follow the manufacturer instructions but he insisted to go by what he knew. 60amp breaker clearly stated on the instruction manual but he said 50amp is what it usually is. He ignored my request and the manual to put 50amp breaker and 55amp wires in. The Inspector failed the installation because the breaker needs to be at 60amp. Jim then wanted to do a quick fix to minimize his work by installing an outlet which completely not what I want. He had to pull everything out and reinstall it. I sent him the manual to review prior to the reinstall appt. On the second appointment day he claimed he was going to different stores to look for GFCI breaker but manual clearly stated not to install GFCI breaker. Then he tried to use another excuse not to show up for the appointment. He claimed he got called for another job, would like to reschedule me when he was already 35 mins late. Appointment at 10am he showed up at 11:15am. In short, he wanted to go for a moneymaking job instead of fixing his mistake. 1) late for 45mins for the first installation appointment 2) late for 1 hour and 15mins for the second re-install appointment 3) refused to listen to customer nor follow the manufacture instructions 4) No additional money cost for the second appointment but costed me A LOT OF TIME and prep work to have him come back There are plenty of electricians out there to hire who will value and respect your time. I do not recommend this company at all.

I’m sorry for your experience. As codes change constantly, with no exact date of when it’s going to go into affect we are always having to adjust how we as trades people do the work that we do. I was having trouble finding the breaker I thought was needed the morning of the correction and it caused some delay. I hope you enjoy your new car charger and, again, I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
