  Its hard for a utility to get high reviews, no one wants to pay bills. These guys are great though. When my power has gone out a few times over 11 years they are quick to get it back on, even at 8pm in the snow. Remember people this company is owned by the customers so be nice to yourself and give them a accurate review.

  So I call Mason County but to confirm that it's OK to have an electrical meter inside your home and they said yes it's OK I'm very confused as to why that is Because when I looked up the rules and regulations for electrical meters to have and accessible meter inside your home that was not in the pamphlet. The home is approximately 650 ft² and the meter he is sitting in the middle of the home.

  Horrible customer service. The inexperienced staff is rude and condescending. It’s too bad there’s no alternative to their service. I would be the first in line to make a change.
