  Since I won’t be able to have my day in court to fight this injustice I will post my testimony here. I was driving BEHIND an officer who decided to pull both me and the guy driving in front of him over at the same time. I was confused as to why I was being pulled over since I was driving behind him the entire time. He said I was speeding and when I asked him how that’s possible if I was behind him the whole time and keeping up with HIS SPEED, he replied “I don’t discuss court on the side of the road” and gave me the ticket. I of course wanted to fight this ticket because it was wrongfully written and I didn’t deserve it. I’m unable to fight it in court because I live 10 hours away (out of state) and they aren’t willing to work with me. I was told they only hold traffic court at 8am on THURSDAYS. They purposely make this inconvenient for people like myself so that I will just pay. CROOKED SCAM. If the court watched this officers video footage they would clearly see that he was in front of me the entire time and shouldn’t have pulled me over. He even admitted it himself. The evidence is all there. He never got my speed. But when I asked him why he pulled me over he got defensive. This is so wrong. Shame on this county.
