  If you want a company that shows up on the schedule day, communicates, and charges you what for only the work they did, this is NOT the company for you. I took off of work for the day I was told they would arrive and they did not show up and I was never informed and actually did not get rescheduled for an additional 6 weeks. I was also charged an additional 2 hours of labor for the drive time to my house, which I was not informed of before work started. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I scheduled an appointment to have a generator transfer switch installed. They promptly show up and agree to do the work the next day. They never show or call to explain why. I call them up and ask for an explanation and expect a reschedule but they decline the job without explanation. I don't trust them. I am a retired business owner and they fail all my expectations.
