  Doug did all our electrical when we finished our basement. He used high quality lights and switches, provided great feedback on our design approach. We picked Doug because he engaged in the design process, he didn’t blindly do what we asked, rather he provided his expertise on things we didn’t think about, our basement lighting is awesome as a result. We have had zero issues since completing. Inspection from the city was a breeze. He has a deep understanding of changing requirements of city code. Was extremely flexible on the customizations we were looking for. We’ll use Matlock electric for any electric needs moving forward. Definitely recommend.

  Doug is awesome. Responsive, knowledgeable, fair price. Gave him a call late in the day and he still swung by to help on short notice. Will definitely give Doug a call next time I need electrical help.
